✅What we accept

We accept returns only if the item you received is:

• Damaged in transit (broken, crushed or torn),
• Defective (a component or part that does not work out of the box), or
• Wrong or incomplete (a different product than you ordered, or parts missing from the box).

The issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

🚫What we can’t accept

• Returns for a change of mind, or because the product is no longer needed.
• Damage caused by misuse, wrong wiring, water, or wear and tear after use.
• Books that have been written in, or kits where parts have been lost after unboxing.
• Issues reported more than 7 days after delivery.

🛠️How to request a replacement or refund

1. Email info@kod2kids.com or call +91 97711 39290 within 7 days of delivery with your order number.
2. Share clear photos (and the unboxing video, if you have one) of the issue and the packaging.
3. We review your request and reply within 2 working days.
4. Once approved, we arrange a free pickup if needed, and send a replacement. If a replacement is not available, we issue a full refund.

💰Refund timeline

• Online payments: refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after approval.
• Cash on Delivery orders: refunded by UPI or bank transfer within 5–7 working days after approval. We will ask you for the details.
• Shipping was free, so there are no shipping charges to deduct.

❌Order cancellation

You can cancel your order free of charge before it is shipped. Just email or call us with your order number. If you paid online, the full amount is refunded within 5–7 working days. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. If an item then arrives damaged, defective or wrong, the return policy above applies.
